Customers acknowledge that connectivity speeds, availability, and performance are subject to network capacity, location, equipment compatibility, and other operational and environmental factors.

This offer is intended for new and existing customers where 5G service is available, as determined by the CovertHart coverage check.

The activation of the 5G connectivity service is contingent upon the successful completion of a Wireless Connectivity Agreement with CovertHart. This agreement must be fully executed and in compliance with CovertHart's policies and procedures prior to the activation of any 5G service.

Customers must utilize the provided 5G connectivity service strictly in accordance with the designated purposes and abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the Wireless Connectivity Agreement. Any deviation from these stipulated uses may result in service modification, suspension, or termination.

To maintain 5G service after the initial complimentary 3-month period, enrollment in Auto Pay is required. For customers opting for monthly invoicing, a credit application will be required. Customer acknowledge the service will be subject to applicable taxes, fees, and other charges, as detailed in your service agreement.

The Inseego 5G routers provided under this promotion come with a manufacturer's warranty valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. For complete details about the warranty for each model, refer to the manufacturer website at www.inseego.com. To claim warranty service, customers must contact CovertHart customer support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. CovertHart will facilitate the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on the customer's behalf, adhering to the manufacturer's procedures for repair or replacement.

WWAN Routers, modems, and adapters provided under this promotion are designated as Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable, and Non-Refundable ("NCNR"), without exceptions. In cases where a return is deemed valid and authorized, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the equipment's original purchase price. Additionally, a charge of ($99) dollars per month will be applied for the duration of the connectivity service utilized. These fees are in addition to any other charges specified in the terms of service and will be deducted from any refund or credit due to the Customer.

CovertHart's liability in connection with any service interruptions, equipment failures, or other issues arising from or related to the promotional offer shall be limited as set forth herein. It is expressly understood and agreed that CovertHart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of data, or any other losses arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the 5G service or equipment provided. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether CovertHart has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of any agreed or other remedy of its essential purpose.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the promotion is subject to these and any other applicable laws and regulations.
